1. Provider and service

The service "secrets.group.one" is provided by One.com Group AB, Carlsgatan 3, 211 20 Malmö, Sweden and its affiliated companies (group.one). The service enables users to create links containing sensitive information such as passwords, files, or other secrets and to share these links with recipients. Access to such content is granted via the link without registration. Access may be limited by time or number of views, and once a secret is retrieved or expired, it is intended to be deleted; however, no guarantee is given regarding the exact timing, completeness or success of such deletion.

2. Use of the service

Creating secrets may require authentication via approved domains or systems. Users are solely responsible for all content shared via the service and for the secure handling of any generated links or access credentials. Any person accessing a secret via a valid link is deemed authorized by the user who created and shared that link. The service may only be used for lawful purposes and only to share information that the user is entitled to disclose.

3. Security and availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While it is intended to support secure sharing, group.one does not guarantee the confidentiality, integrity or availability of the service or of any shared content. Links and content may be accessed by unauthorized third parties, intercepted, altered, lost or deleted. Group.one may modify, restrict or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, group.one shall not be liable for:

• any loss, disclosure or unauthorized access to content or secrets
• misuse of links or access credentials
• interruptions, errors, delays or unavailability of the service
• failure, timing or effectiveness of expiration or deletion mechanisms
• any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, business or profits

Group.one has no obligation to monitor or verify any content shared via the service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

5. Data protection and final provisions

Processing personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Group.one may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, in case of misuse. These Terms are governed by the applicable law of Sweden.
